Thank you for choosing Pawfection Dog Salon. We are so excited to offer our services to you and your pet. We know that your pet will enjoy this bespoke mobile grooming service. We hope to have a long lasting relationship with you and your furry friend.
Professional training is provided to our dog grooming assistances on up-to-date safety information and precautions including hygiene and other measures aimed at reducing disease transmission between the dogs
Frequent cleaning and disinfection of site (at least daily).
What we require from pet owners
- Water
- Disclosure of potential issues such as skin allergies, shampoo allergies, moles, clipper sensitivity, matting, fleas, fear, behavioural issues, bone or joint sensitivity, heart condition, seizures, etc.
- If fleas and/or ticks are found on your pet during the grooming process, treatment to rid the pet of fleas and/or ticks is mandatory and an additional charge. Fleas and infections can lead to dog health issues.
- Bite and/or aggression history must be made known to us before grooming your pet.
Booking Time
We have two times slots (morning [8 am to 12] and afternoon [1 pm till 6 pm]). After you book, we will contact you to confirm the time we will arrive based on the route and bookings for that specific day.
Example: You might book for 8 am in Pretoria East but we can only arrive at 10 am or 11 am due to other bookings In other parts of Pretoria.
Emergencies and Accidents
While in our care, your pet will be treated with the utmost respect and safety precautions. However, due to the nature of grooming, accidents can occur. You acknowledge that when using sharp tools and loud equipment during grooming, there is a risk of injury to your pet.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours beforehand and let us know you will reschedule. If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours, a R150 cancellation fee will be invoiced to you which is due upon receipt.
We understand emergencies can happen, but if we arrive to your house and you are not there, the cost of your pet’s groom will be invoiced to you and is due upon receipt. Please understand late cancellations and no shows directly affect our livelihood and are very detrimental to a small business.
Photography
You understand and agree that pictures of your pet(s) may be taken for purposes of marketing my business on my website and social medias (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Payment
EFTs and card payments are accepted. Payment is due at the time of the service. If you decide to pay by EFT, please do so within 24HRS and send the POP to pawfection@thedogbroker.co.za
